Return Policy

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your new succulent art purchase. If you have questions about any product or need advice please feel free to call us anytime from 9am-8pm EST at 585-738-0919.

You have 7 days after you receive your product to return it if you are dissatisfied. If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no cost.

All returns must be authorized first, to approve a return or exchange, please call 585-738-0919. Please report damages within 3 days of receiving your item so we can issue a replacement. In the case of original paintings being damaged an exact replacement is not possible. You can choose between a comparable piece or to have your money returned.
If a return or exchange is not made known to the returns department within 3 days from the date your package is delivered. A Return will not be authorized.

Processing and Shipping
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 48 business hours to one week (sometimes a month with commissioned work) – this depends on the product! Some things take longer to produce. We usually have the giclee prints printed once the order comes in. We have the print made and then sent to us for inspection, then it is sent to you. Depending on the printer and shipping, it may take up to a week and a half before the print leaves our studio.

We are closed on weekends. US holidays will delay the arrival time of your package. In the event that one or more of your items is on back order you will be notified by email first, and then by phone. Once you are contacted, if we do not receive a response within 2 business days, any out of stock item will be removed from the order and the rest will be shipped.

These are some time estimates for Domestic shipping:
UPS Ground Approximately 3-4 business days To East Coast & Midwest
If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the package immediately upon delivery. Do not open the package. Please note UPS does not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

UPS Ground: Approximately 5-7 business days To Central USA and West Coast
